When you play without an account, we store an anonymous device identifier in your browser's local storage to save your streak and solve history on this device. This identifier contains no personal information.

If you create an account using magic-link login, we store your email address and display name to identify your account and send you login links.

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which puzzles are popular. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.

If you have an account and wish to delete your data, email us at hello@locusdaily.com and we will delete your account and all associated solve history within 30 days.

This site is built on Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Their respective privacy policies apply to data processed by those services.
